Who we are

RealignED Wellness Academy is run by Jamie Simmons in the United States. These terms cover realignedwellnessacademy.com and the Academy at members.realignedwellnessacademy.com. Using either site means you agree to them.

Education, not treatment

Everything here is wellness education and self-care you practice yourself. It is not medical, psychological, or nutritional advice, and it does not diagnose or treat anything. It works alongside your doctor, your counselor, or your therapist, not in place of them. Talk to your doctor before you change a medicine, a treatment, or your diet, or start a new kind of exercise.

If you or a child are in crisis or in danger, call or text 988, the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline in the United States, or call 911.

Your account

An account is for one person. Keep your password to yourself and give us an email address that reaches you, because that is where password links go. We can close an account that breaks these terms.

The content

The courses, tools, resources, and posts are Jamie's work. They are for your personal use and, where a lesson is written for a family, a class, or a club, for use with your own family, students, or club. Please do not sell, republish, or redistribute them, and do not use them to build a product of your own. Quoting a short passage with credit is fine.

Using the lessons with children

The Wellness and Education lessons are led by an adult. If you lead them at a school or a club, you are responsible for following your school's or organization's rules, including any permission a parent needs to give.

Availability

We keep the sites running as best we can, but things change: a tool may be retired, a course reorganized, a page moved. We do not promise that any one item stays available forever.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the sites.

Changes

When these terms change, the new version goes up here with a new date. Using the sites after that means you accept the new terms.
