Privacy policy

The short version

This site, realignedwellnessacademy.com, collects nothing from you: no forms, no accounts, no advertising trackers. The Academy at members.realignedwellnessacademy.com keeps only what an account needs. We do not sell your information, ever.

What we collect

When you make an account in the Academy: your first name, your email, and a password (stored as a scrambled hash, never as the password itself). As you use the Academy: which lessons you have marked complete and when you last logged in. Anything you type into an interactive tool stays in your browser unless the tool says otherwise.

Payments

The Academy is free right now, so there are no payments and no card details. If that changes, this page will say so before anything is charged.

Cookies

The Academy sets one cookie to keep you logged in. This public site sets none of its own. Cloudflare, the network service in front of both sites, may set a short-lived security cookie to tell people from bots. There are no advertising trackers. If we ever add analytics, this page will say so.

Email

We email you about your account: a link to choose or reset your password. There is no newsletter. If one starts, it will go only to people who sign up for it, and every one will have an unsubscribe link.

Where your data lives

On servers we rent from Google Cloud in the United States, with Cloudflare in front of the sites and our email provider for sending mail. Those providers see only what they need to do their job.

Sharing

We share your information only with the providers above, as needed to run the sites, or when the law requires it.

Your choices

Ask us to correct your details or delete your account and we will.

Younger people

Accounts are for adults. Younger people use the Wellness and Education materials with a parent, a guardian, a teacher, or a club leader, on that adult's account. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
