A practical companion for the parts of growing up that classrooms rarely have room for. Nutrition, mindfulness, emotional skill, and relationships, written for every grade from kindergarten through twelfth.
Select a grade to see the topics written for that age. Each one opens to a short explanation of the concept, the reasoning behind it, two or three guided activities with step-by-step instructions and a worked example, questions worth discussing, and a single takeaway.
The material is written to be read by a student independently or worked through with a parent or caregiver. Topics are self-contained, so you can begin anywhere and move at whatever pace suits. Nothing is tracked or stored, and no account is required.
Wellness is a set of skills, and like any skill it develops through early exposure and steady practice rather than instruction alone. A child who learns to recognize a feeling, read a hunger signal, or repair a friendship carries those capacities into adulthood, where they do far more work than the same information learned later. The purpose here is awareness and education: giving young people accurate language for their own minds and bodies, and giving the adults around them a shared vocabulary to use.
